The food and recipe site Opskrifter
is run by a good friend of mine, Claus from Denmark who is an internet
wizard as well as a opskrifter guru, and now soon to be releasing a childrens
video game / computer game - truly a man of many talents. He deals with
some absolutely amazing recipes, unfortunately, hasn't translated the
site into English as of writing this article. However, you can use the
translation tools at google to turn Opskrifter in Recipes if you so desire.
